Fresh, courtesy of Chef Todd Jacobs, who earned kudos as the chef at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor in the mid-90s and critical acclaim in Westhampton Beach at Tierra Mar, returns to the Hamptons with farm-to-table cuisine in a family-friendly environment that is affordable and accessible.
A cottage-like exterior and manicured herb, vegetable and flower garden welcome guests into the restaurant. The industrial interior contains exposed steel beams supporting reclaimed wood walls, which surround from floor to ceiling. Comfortable black booths with small throw pillows line a window-spotted wall with wooden tables fill the rest of the space. The horseshoe bar with a wooden shelved back bar hides a television behind a rolling chalkboard sprawled with daily specials. Outdoor picnic tables next to the garden hosts a waiting area for guests.
