About Our Host

Fitzgerald Heslop is a seasoned services professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to bear. He has worked as the Personal Assistant to several CEO’s and Vice Presidents of major US Companies and most notably as the Head Concierge at a noted Luxury Hotel in Connecticut.

Mr. Heslop is a graduate (Cum Laude) of Fisk University with a BA in Political Science and Public Administration.  Additionally, he holds a certificate from Vanderbilt University, Owen School of Management and he is certified by the Protocol School of Washington in corporate etiquette, business dining and international protocol.

He has served as Front Range Training & Consulting Generals Aide Program Lead Instructor and Subject Matter Expert in the field of Professional Household Management providing training and certification in Professional Household Management to the United States Department of Defense Enlisted Aides to 3 and 4 Star Generals.
