All Affiliate Members must undergo an extensive application process.  The first step in becoming a member is to pay a non refundable application fee of $100.  Next, you will be contacted by a DEMA National Representative and sent an application to complete within two weeks.  Once we receive your completed application you will be responsible for the payment of your annual dues.  Affiliate packages and annual dues will vary depending on the direction each Affiliate would like to advertise with DEMA.
