I am a DEMA Member, can I attend a local chapter meeting?
Any DEMA Member in good standing is able to attend local chapter meetings in any state and in any chapter worldwide.
I am a Private Service Professional, however, I am not a DEMA Member yet, may I attend a local chapter meeting?
Yes, we allow any potential member to attend one meeting as a guest. Private Service Professionals are required to pay $20.00 to attend one meeting as a guest.
I am a Vendor, however, I am not a DEMA Member yet, can I attend a local chapter meeting?
Yes, if any Vendor would like to attend as a guest they must pay $100 non-refundable application fee and have already submitted their completed application to DEMA National. Upon approval you are eligible to attend one DEMA local chapter meeting as a guest.
I am a DEMA Member, can I bring a guest to a meeting or event?
Yes, you are able to bring non-member guests to all meetings. We ask that you please register them accordingly. However, if they are a Vendor they must go through our application process as described above.
How do I know when the meetings are or what the topic is?
All local chapter meetings and events are posted on the monthly event calendar with all pertinent information.
I would like to attend, how do I register for an event?
You may register through the monthly event calender located on this website or through any invitation you may have received via email.
What should I expect from a typical monthly local chapter meeting?
Our chapters typically meet on a weekday evening once a month. Meeting times & frequency will vary by chapter, but usually will run from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Meetings consist of educational presentations and networking with your peers. Please view the event calendar for specific information for each meeting.
Special Events
Special events are open to all DEMA Members, guest policies will vary and most likely be different than chapter meetings. All information will be on the event invitation and in the event calendar.
